Greyhound Coats

All Coats below are made to order.  They can take 1-2 weeks to come in (although we have a few in stock).  Please list the color you want in the comment box in the shopping cart - when ordering a Ultrex coat - order the Ultrex color, the fleece is black.

Sizing Information:

Measure your hound from the base of the neck ((down below the collar, where the neck meets the back)), along the spine, to the base of the tail. in inches. The jackets come in four sizes; Small-24", Medium-27", Large-30"- and Extra Large-33". If your dog falls between two sizes, order the next size up. Custom jackets will be specially made for smaller than Small and larger than Extra Large. Whippet and Italian Greyhound jackets are custom made, and require only the measurement from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
NOTE: Most female Greyhounds wear Medium and most Male Greyhounds wear Large The small is made for 45-50 pound females and the X-Large is made for the 90-95 pound males

Ultrex Polar Fleece Coats w/Snood - Our Most Popular style

#350 This coat has the same quality materials and construction as the #302 but has the addition of an attached fleece snood! The snood adds even more warmth to the best selling coat that Greyhounds have relied on for years. Polar Fleece with the waterproof and windproof of Ultrex. This jacket is cozy, yet still lightweight. All #350’s are lined with Black Polar fleece with an Ultrex outer shell bound in black trim.

POLAR FLEECE JACKET

#102 Polar Fleece Jacket

Lightweight and warm, this jacket is sufficient for a dog from fall to spring for quick trips outside. It retains your dog's natural body heat and is water resistant. Some dogs like them as pajamas when the house is cool at night!

This jacket is made from Ultrex, which is Supplex with a micro-porus coating that is windproof, durable, and absolutely WATERPROOF and comes with an attached snood for those windy or rainy days. We selected it for Greyhounds because it is breathable; dogs won't sweat in it on rainy days, yet they'll stay dry. It's also the perfect jacket for spring and fall to protect them from biting winds and rain. Mesh lining allows air to circulate while keeping the wind out.

Return Policy

Greyt Friends, Inc will ship only quality Merchandise - if you feel the merchandise you receive is not up to your expectations contact us at 706-692-5848 or email us Sales@GreytFriends.org. We will issue credit on returned items (not including S&H charges). "Sponsor a Greyhound" donations are not refundable.

All dollar amounts are in U.S. Dollars - We ship only within the US at this time; Greyhound Jackets can be shipped to Canada for the extra $2 charge - please click the button at the top of the page.

Delivery:

Items are shipped via USPS within 48 hours of receipt of order if paid by Credit Card (when paying by money order - orders will be shipped when money order is received - when paying by check we will ship the order 10 days after receiving the check). If there is a delay for any reason you will be contacted.
